ill Feelings, the second single from SHIFTWORK's debut album burn the nightshade oil, is a fast-paced lust song. Inspired by the phrase "F**k reality, marry fantasy, kill feelings", this ode to ambiguous relationships blends punk and folk through defiant vocals and spirited violin.

Instead of a shameful confession, this is a celebration; a call to enjoy these moments rather than placing too much unnecessary meaning on them. As we keep telling ourselves, "don't overthink it".
